Every coffee that we sell gets evaluated individually and based on the underlying parameters of each lot, we then pick a uniue roasting profile, considering unique taste profile of each coffee, altitude, processing method, acidity and sweetness. Our bags are fully recyclable, do not contain aluminum and are made with zero carbon footprint.

When it's not just about good coffee

We support sustainable coffee production and processing. We believe that each of us can make a small but very important contribution, to ensure that next generations can share their joy and passion for life while having a cup of good coffee.

Because we care about future of our Earth, we recycle all waste generated in the coffee shop and roastery, including coffee grounds and we offer its free collection in the coffee shop. Coffee sediment acts as a great fertilizer for plants that prefer acidic soil, such as blueberries.

We value altruistic people and therefore we support one of the associations rescuing and protecting abandoned animals, in the form of a regular financial contribution.
