Peru is one of the countries with the greatest potential in the specialty coffee market. Cultivar is a coffee company founded in 2017 by two former colleagues from Trabocca who fell in love with Peru.
For Peruvian producers, specialty coffee is still relatively new. They started focusing on specialty coffee seven or eight years ago, but most farms have only been doing so for the last year or two.
