The purchased voucher includes:

• Introduction to Specialty Coffee – Learn how it differs from commodity coffee
• Roasting Preparation
• Roasting a minimum of 15kg of coffee (3x 5kg batches)
• Quality Control – Cupping
• Basic Sensory Analysis
• Samples of roasted coffee (100g each)

The entire process takes approximately 3 hours, and you can choose between two packages:

1. With 3x 100g samples of roasted coffee
2. Without coffee samples
