This model boasts 4mm larger stones than its predecessors in the C2 series, with S2C technology, which Timemore developed and patented. It's a small detail that has a significant impact on the resulting grind. The stones have new vertical edges on the inside, which guarantee a more consistent grind, which is noticeable in finer espresso grinds.
