Bolivia Amor De Dios Washed

René Millares Cruz is a coffee producer from the community of Amor de Dios in the Cruz Playa area of Caranavi Province, La Paz Department, Bolivia. This region is located in the subtropical Yungas valleys at the junction of the Andes Mountains and the Amazon lowlands and is considered the most significant coffee-growing area in the country. Production here mainly takes place on small family farms that operate within community structures and cooperative projects.

The Amor de Dios community has long been associated with specialty coffee production and cooperates with the ASOCAFE cooperative, which assists with processing and export. In addition to coffee, local farmers often grow citrus, avocado, or passion fruit, which is typical for the Caranavi area. This particular lot was processed using the washed method and consists primarily of Typica and Catuai varieties.
