The Guillen family works in the coffee business for several generations and embodies a unique combination of long-lasting coffee experience, tradition and pioneering spirit.
Our business partner Plot Coffee who works together with Sandra, Carlos, José and the rest of the Guillen family for several years and are impressed by their passion to constantly experiment with varieties and processing techniques. The fact that their 2018 La Dalia lot won the German Brewer`s Cup shows that their efforts pays off. And also this year they have surprised us with a whole range of outstanding coffees processed with experimental techniques such as 24, 48 and 72 hours anaerobic fermentation.
