Another one from the series of coffees that we have acquired from Chicas Industry. Terka and Kája established contact with Sandra thanks to the Riveras Association from the Pitalita area, led by Alejandro Ortíz, whose coffee you are going to have opportunity to taste soon as well. One of the current goals of Chicas Industry is to establish cooperation with farmerettes, who are then continously supported via the Mujeres (spanish term for women) project to allow them to expand and invest into advanced production.

Sandra Isney Rivera Bermeo lives on the farm with her two sons, Juan Camil and Andrés Felipe. She gained all her knowledge of coffee from her parents, from whom she subsequently took over the family business. Specialty coffee has only been Sandra's focus for the last two years, when she began to improve the entire processing protocol. She perceives the coffee business not only as her job, but also as a passion. Gradually, she has began buying ripe cherries from nearby farmers in order to process them on her own farm and improve the quality of the final product.
